Ordermentum is at an exciting stage of their growth journey and looking to invest in a GM Sales to take us to the next level.  This role will be responsible for robustly creating, articulating and leading out on our sales strategy and collaborating with the business to deliver and drive high revenue initiatives.
  
The detail:
  
  • Develop sales capability within the business including recruiting high performing talent, managing team incentive, collaboration & motivation within the team and defining development opportunities
  • Drive a high performing sales culture
  • Undertake backfill for sales management and key accounts
  • Grow, diversify and optimise new verticals
  • Identify, evaluate and rollout channel strategy
  • Optimise pricing
  • Drive network growth and supplier revenue
  • CAC, LTV core metrics
  • Contract management
  • Collaborate with all facets of the business to ensure intricate knowledge of product direction
  • Play a key leadership role within the business
  
  
The ideal candidate will:
  
  • Have 5-7 years experience within leading a sales function within a SaaS organisation
  • Be adept at utilising business data, drawing relevant insights and using it to build strategic initiatives
  • Highly commercial brain - loves being in the numbers
  • Lead with a positive attitude to deliver customer focused results though a collaborative approach
  • The ability to motivate & inspire others to deliver results
  • A history of leading out on change with integrity and positivity
  • A superior communicator; both written & oral
