The GM Operations leads the implementation of the business strategy across all processing, production and packaging elements of the business, including safety, operational efficiency, maintenance and capital investment:
- Develop and execute the company's operational strategies to drive growth and profitability.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize resource allocation.
- Monitor operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement processes and ensure seamless coordination between departments.
- Lead and inspire a high-performing team, fostering an energetic culture that is respectful, collaborative and focused.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, partners, and customers to enhance collaboration and drive customer satisfaction.
