Reporting to the Finance Director, this is a newly created role responsible for overseeing end to end supply chain operations across ANZ & SEA. You’ll play a critical role in coordinating international manufacturing, logistics, and customer delivery.
This is a hands-on leadership role managing a small local team while also working closely with offshore teams in Thailand, requiring both operational involvement and strategic coordination with some travel to the manufacturing site in Thailand.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Leading supply chain operations across ANZ and SEA, including planning, logistics, and customer service
- Managing import operations into ANZ, ensuring DIFOT and customer communication
- Coordinating with global manufacturing sites
- Supporting S&OP and raw material planning
- Driving logistics performance, working closely with global freight forwarders and monitoring shipments
- Leading and developing a Sydney based team of 2 while influencing broader regional teams
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across systems, processes, and supply chain efficiency
- Managing reporting, performance tracking, and issue resolution in complex environment
- Navigating international trade requirements across multiple countries, including import/export regulations and documentation
About You:
We’re looking for a hands-on and adaptable supply chain professional with experience in manufacturing environments and exposure to international operations, particularly within Southeast Asia. You’ll be someone who enjoys solving problems, working closely with teams on the ground, and balancing operational delivery with longer-term improvement initiatives.
You will have:
- Experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations within a manufacturing environment
- Exposure to working with offshore manufacturing teams, ideally in Thailand or Southeast Asia
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complexity and changing priorities
- Experience managing or mentoring team members, with a collaborative leadership style
- Understanding of international logistics, import/export processes, and working with freight forwarders
