About the role
Working alongside and accomplished Company Secretary and Assistant Company Secretary you will:
- Prepare and distribute Board and Committee packs, agendas, minutes, and other materials.
- Organize Board and Committee meetings and events logistics.
- Maintain content on the Board Management Software platform.
- Manage Board and Committee technology and systems, including key dates and Annual Reporting Calendar.
- Administer company registers.
- Support Board and Committee member activities and induction of new members.
- Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance and reporting.
- Assist in general meetings and membership activities.
- Provide administrative support for the Company Secretary and Assistant Company Secretary.
- Minimum two years’ experience in corporate governance or Company Secretariat.
- Governance or similar qualifications.
- Senior stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in growth and transition within a corporate governance or legal environment is highly regarded
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, Microsoft Teams, Adobe Acrobat, Diligent, and Monday.com.
- Experience with ASIC, ACNC, ABR, ATO, RAM portals, and financial management programs is highly regarded.
