The Role
Are you a recent graduate with a bachelor’s degree in accounting or currently engaged in an internship as a Graduate Accountant? If you have less than 12 months of experience, this role might be for you! The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Monitor and track business expenses to ensure compliance with budgetary guidelines.
- Assist the Finance Manager in analysing financial statements, identifying trends, and preparing reports
- Process monthly commission payments.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure they align with company records.
- Assist in preparing tax returns, ensuring compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.
- Effectively communicate financial information and findings to team members and management.
- Tertiary qualified in an accounting or commerce degree
- Aspirations to complete or be part way through your CA/CPA
- No more than 12 months of professional accounting experience.
- Exceptional communication skills, with confidence to liaise with stakeholders
