About the Role

Our client is seeking a seasoned operations and executive support leader to step into the role of EA – Group Business Operations Manager. This high-impact position supports the CEO in aligning strategy, people, and operations across a growing national organisation.

Ideal for a candidate with a strong Executive Assistant background who has progressed into senior operational roles, this role bridges strategy, service delivery, and leadership. You’ll oversee the work of key senior staff – including the Chief of Staff, CFO, and National Operations Manager – and help turn executive vision into operational outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and integrate senior leaders across operations and executive support.
  • Collaborate directly with the CEO to execute strategic plans and national growth priorities.
  • Drive consistency, compliance, and continuous improvement across business functions.
  • Ensure operational readiness for expansion into new markets and services.
  • Maintain oversight of performance across contracts, service delivery, and people operations.
  • Act as a senior representative for key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to tenders and large-scale proposals with a focus on operational deliverability.
What We’re Looking For
  • 10+ years’ experience in a senior Executive Assistant role, with demonstrated progression into operational and/or executive leadership.
  • Proven ability to manage and align cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, service-based business.
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills, with a hands-on, outcomes-focused approach.
  • Commercial awareness with experience overseeing budgets, reporting, and performance alignment.
  • Background in facilities services, or other service industries is highly regarded.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Management, or related disciplines preferred.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills at all levels.
