You will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction and financial performance of a global leader, while establishing and leading a robust, end-to-end finance function.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the timely and accurate preparation of all financial reports, including monthly management accounts, annual financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
- Foster strong relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies.
- Lead and develop the finance team across all core accounting functions
- Provide high-quality financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and deliver insights to senior leadership.
- Identify and implement process improvements to drive operational efficiency and strengthen financial controls.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
- CA/CPA qualified
- Strong leadership capabilities with a demonstrated ability to build and mentor high-performing teams
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence and communicate effectively at all levels
- Commercially savvy with strong analytical thinking and a proactive problem-solving approach
- A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments and is eager to make a meaningful impact
