The Role
The role will see you taking proactive control of land acquisitions for the House and Land division. Based out of the new head office on St Kilda Rd. 
A dynamic role that will see you have exposure to high-level H&L packages across the development industry.
The role consists of liaising with our constrcution companies, land agents & developers, selling agents & clients to ensure the business has enough H&L packages to satisfy the sales teams

About you
Previous experience in the H&L, volume building or property development, project marketing company or drafting/architecture.
 Highly organised, efficient and have an eye for detail
 Be proficient in Microsoft WORD, EXCEL and OUTLOOK.
 Driven, dynamic and ambitious with a hands-on work ethic
 A positive attitude to fixing problems and creating solutions.
 Strong communication skills
