Key Responsibilities:
- Manage reception and visitor interactions, ensuring a professional and welcoming first impression
- Provide comprehensive administrative support across business units
- Support senior leaders with coordination, documentation, and general administrative requirements
- Oversee office operations including meeting room management, supplies, mail, and office presentation
- Monitor shared inboxes and incoming communications
- Act as a central point of contact for internal stakeholders
- Contribute to maintaining an efficient and well-organised office environment
- 1–3 years’ experience in an administration, reception, or office coordination role
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Confident proficiency in Microsoft Office
