An exceptional opportunity exists to join a high-performing, privately owned Australian real estate development and investment platform.

With a strong national track record, significant transaction volume, and deep capital partnerships, this business operates at the intersection of development, asset management and investment management. Following a significant brand evolution, they are now seeking a commercially minded and strategically sharp Head of Brand to elevate their external presence and drive a cohesive, market-leading brand platform.


This is not traditional property marketing.


This role sits at the centre of capital, transactions and platform strategy — influencing how the business originates opportunities, attracts investment partners, secures complex deals and strengthens long-term market credibility.
The Opportunity Reporting directly to the CEO, you will own and lead the full marketing ecosystem across three core pillars:

  • Corporate Brand & Strategic Positioning
  • Investor & Capital Partner Communications
  • Project & Asset Marketing
You will ensure the organisation speaks with one clear, disciplined and compelling voice across every external touchpoint.

This is a hands-on, standalone leadership role suited to someone who thrives on ownership, autonomy and high standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the CEO to articulate and evolve the platform narrative and strategic positioning.
  • Lead brand governance, visual identity and execution standards across all external materials.
  • Elevate digital presence across web, social and content channels.
  • Oversee investor-facing communications including presentations, reporting collateral and capital partner events.
  • Support project lifecycle marketing including leasing, sales and milestone activations.
  • Deliver high-impact pitch materials and board-level presentations.
  • Drive PR, thought leadership, industry visibility and market engagement.
  • Build scalable systems, templates and marketing processes to support long-term growth.
About You
 
You may come from property, financial services, professional services or another commercially sophisticated environment. Sector experience is less important than your ability to operate in a capital-aware, performance-driven business.

  • Proven experience leading brand strategy in a commercially complex organisation.
  • Confidence engaging executive stakeholders and sophisticated investor audiences.
  • Strong judgement balancing creativity with professionalism.
  • High attention to detail and disciplined execution standards.

  • The ability to move between strategic thinking and hands-on delivery.
