They are one of Australia's fastest growing companies in their sector. The role reports to the CFO and is responsible for driving the commercial finance and FP&A function. You will oversee commercial strategy, pricing, budgeting, forecasting, customer acquisition, systems and projects.
The Responsibilities
Reporting to the CFO, you will lead the commercial and FP&A function and be responsible for a team of 4. Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Develop and implement long term strategic planning
- Budgeting, forecasting and planning
- Monthly reporting & board analysis
- Lead strategy ideation and execution
- Pricing of current and new products
- Assess commercial growth opportunities
- Analysis of market trends
- Systems improvement
- Lead and mentor a team of 4
You will be a FP&A/ Commercial Finance professional with a proven track record in leading a best practice finance function. You will have experience in commercial strategy and working with senior leadership teams. You will have a track record of developing high performance teams. Experience in the technology, product or service based industries will be highly regarded.
