As the Head of Commercial Finance, you will be responsible for: 

• Lead a team to provide practice finance business partnering, planning processes and procedures to focussed on growth and margin enhancement
• Develop internal stakeholder relationships at all levels and support the team to do the same so that the team of business partners are trusted advisors within the business
• Identify commercial risks and opportunities then co-creating action plans to remediate risks and maximise opportunities whilst maintaining financial governance and accountability
• Use data and insights to influence business decision-making by directing focus to the most impactful drivers and KPIs
• Develop commercial assumptions informing key investment decisions and ensure the approved outcomes are appropriately reflected in forward financials plans such as budgets, forecasts and business cases
• Prepare annual budget and recurring forecasts for functional business unit 
• Identifying, valuing and recommending opportunities to improve financial performance or mitigate risk

The successful candidate must be: 

• CPA / CA qualified
• Proven experience in Commercial/Management Accounting in an ASX200 or Big Four environment, with 12+ years experience
• Experience in retail or FMCG industries is highly desirable
