What you’ll be doing:
- Using data science and AI to optimise booking, scheduling, and workforce allocation.
- Delivering real-time analytics and dashboards that support business performance.
- Collaborating across product, engineering, and operations to embed data into core processes.
- Leading technical initiatives with a strong focus on applied problem-solving and automation.
- Proven experience in data science, analytics, and machine learning.
- Strong Python skills and familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience solving operational problems like scheduling or logistics through data.
- History in leading a team and with tangilbe examples of developing and mentoring team members
- Strong communication skills and the ability to influence across business functions.
