As part of their continued growth, they’re looking for a Head of Distribution to lead and evolve their multi-site distribution network across NSW and Victoria.

About the Role:
This is a rare opportunity to join a high-performing team in a role that combines strategic thinking with hands-on leadership, ensuring their Distribution operations continue to deliver the best-in-market experience their customers rely on.
Your key responsibilities will include:

• Lead end-to-end distribution across 3 sites
• Oversee a team of 70 across delivery, warehouse, and operations
• Directly manage 3 site-based managers – coach, guide and help build structure
• Drive performance across routing, delivery, cost and team engagement
• Collaborate on strategic projects

About You:
We’re looking for an experienced leader who enjoys working within a FMCG logistics environment. The ideal person will:

• Be Passionate about mentoring and building teams – you’ll lead by example
• Have good depth of experience with multi-drop distribution and linehaul logistics
• Have safety and chain of responsibility at the forefront of their strategic thinking
• Be confident working with senior leadership but equally at home with operational drivers and pickers
