A market leading business is seeking a strategic finance leader to drive performance, growth, and operational excellence.

The Role
Reporting to the Group CFO, you’ll lead a small finance team and provide commercial and financial support for business decision making.

• Partner with leadership to translate strategy into financial plans and initiatives.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis.
• Oversee monthly reporting, finance operations and compliance.
• Drive process improvements and team development.

What we’re looking for:

• CPA or CA qualified with senior finance leadership experience.
• Proven track record as a Finance Manager, Financial Controller, or divisional CFO.
• Strong commercial acumen and knowledge of Australian accounting and compliance.
• Experienced in leading and developing high-performing teams.
