Your Key Responsibilities Include
- Shape and execute financial strategy to support domestic and international growth.
- Partner with the CEO on funding rounds, investor engagement, and capital management.
- Financial Operations & Reporting
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and risk management processes.
- Produce timely and insightful board reports and performance dashboards.
- Ensure governance and compliance with regulatory frameworks.
- Experience in food, QSR, FMCG, or retail sectors.
- Senior finance leadership experience in a multi-site or franchised organisation.
- Experience managing offshore finance resources and distributed teams.
- Strong background in board reporting, investor relations, and funding strategy.
- Familiarity with ERP platforms (NetSuite preferred) and financial systems.
- Exposure to M&A, private equity, or IPO-preparation environments.
