Our client is a global leaders in catering and aviation onboard services. They are seeking a strong Finance Business Partner / Senior FP&A Analyst to join on a permanent basis to support operational and commercial teams (supply chain, manufacturing, marketing and more). You will partner with the senior executives and the business to understand sales drivers, profit improvement, cost optimisation and business growth.
The Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Head of FP&A, the main duties will include:
- Deliver insightful analysis and drive regular business performance reviews
- Review and analyse business processes to identify inefficiencies, plan and implement improvements
- Work with stakeholders to ensure reporting and commentary is effective and insightful for decision making.
- Provide support on budget and forecasting process
- Working with key stakeholders to ascertain cost control measures
- Identify key drivers of profit and opportunities for business improvement
- Develop and implement process improvements to ensure a standard, lean and efficient operating model
- CA, CPA and/or MBA qualified professional
- Experience in a commercial Finance Business Partner style role - supporting wider business and snr stakeholders - divisional heads and GM level
- Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or retail environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work under pressure to tight deadlines
