Being a true Learning & Development Business Partner you will bring focus on;
- Ensuring all programs meet current business strategic objectives, including regulatory and company policy requirements.
- You will own external partner relationships, building valuable, effective and accountable partnerships.
- Design, deploy and optimize the career development program across the varying employee cohorts.
- Apply highly developed specialist skills, learning strategies and solutions in accordance with business objectives, policy and regulatory requirements to facilitate innovative learning opportunities
- You will lead, coach, motivate and develop the learning team to deliver best practice outcomes.
- Working in Partnership with senior leaders and the management group you will provide relevant and practical advice across all operational learning activities with a focus on optimisation.
- Build, Develop and Deploy capability workshops across the varying tenure groups of the organisation.
- You will have previous experience developing and leading an internal Leadership Program, ideally working with competency frameworks.
- You will be able to demonstrate your ability to identify business needs and develop learning strategies in support of business objectives.
- If will be beneficial if you have experience with digital learning platforms.
- You will have previous experience in the creation and delivery of learning packages, including some instructional design.
- You will posses advanced interpersonal and communication skills, including strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
- You will have the ability to build a high-performance team through structured ways of working and coaching methodologies
