The Opportunity

Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced People & Culture Manager to join their growing business in a newly created role. Based onsite in Moorabbin (5 days/week), this is a rare opportunity to shape the foundation of the People & Culture function as the business embarks on a significant growth and integration journey.

Working closely with the broader corporate functions and a newly structured leadership team, this role will play a key part in embedding consistent people practices, building leadership capability, and developing a values-led culture from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end HR operations across the employee lifecycle
  • Develop and implement HR policies, frameworks and scalable people processes
  • Lead culture-building initiatives across a newly formed workforce
  • Provide coaching and support to leaders on people matters and capability uplift
  • Partner closely with key stakeholders across legal, finance, safety and integration functions
  • Drive the implementation and embedding of HR systems (HRIS & ATS)
  • Foster strong relationships and build trust across all levels of the business
  • Work closely with a small and newly formed P&C team to support ongoing business needs
What You’ll Bring
  • Proven generalist HR experience across the full employee lifecycle
  • Experience building HR infrastructure – policies, frameworks, and systems
  • Confidence navigating ambiguity and change, with a pragmatic mindset
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and coach leaders effectively
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-first approach
  • Comfortable working in a fully onsite environment (5 days/week)
  • Hands-on style with the ability to operate both strategically and operationally
  • A curious, professional and adaptable nature with a passion for building culture
