This newly created role will report to the Global CEO and lead marketing for the entire group encompassing three brands. Working with a small team (potential to grow this quickly), the Head of Marketing will drive activations across the Hewitt brands to deliver sustainable and profitable business growth. A generalist marketing role you will oversee campaigns across the marketing mix including consumer and customer communications, digital marketing, media plans, new product launches, award submissions, sponsorships, packaging, in store communication and messaging. The Head of Marketing will work closely with the Global CEO to deliver Hewitt's mission 'to be the world's most sustainable meat producer' while relentlessly pursuing their purpose 'to feed the world with a system that lasts forever'.
We are seeking a degree qualified, generalist marketing leader with strong experience across the marketing mix. Ideally this candidate will have food manufacturing and/or FMCG experience working with major grocery retailers. Essential is your commercial marketing skills and ability to create plans that deliver outcomes and ROI. You have delivered results in a growing and leading business and can build trust and credibility quickly with your excellent interpersonal skills and emotional IQ.
