Sitting as part of the AU Leadership Team, the Head of Marketing is a newly created role reporting to the CCO and leads a small team focused on digital, brand and customer advocacy to deliver on the new strategy and direction. The Head of Marketing will work closely with the CCO to develop strategic objectives and plans for the Crimsafe Group of companies. The Head of Marketing will work closely with the Crimsafe team and agency partners to implement these strategies. This role is a mix of strategy and hands-on implementation.
  
Priorities will include developing and implementing new marketing strategies to leverage their iconic status and number one position in market. This person will also work with external suppliers and internal stakeholders to deliver on all strategic initiatives leading to development and growth of the organisation globally. A transformation role, we require an experienced marketing leader who lead the organisation through change and influence stakeholders globally.
  
We are ideally seeking an experienced marketing professional with a minimum of five years' experience in a senior role focused on brand, digital, retail, customer and product. A commercial marketing practitioner, ideally you will have experience in a leading and/or iconic brand and you can bring expertise on how to leverage this and build on this reputation. Experience working in a matrix structure will be highly regarded. As this role supports a global footprint some travel may be required.
