Role and Responsibilities
Reporting through to the General Manager - Global Shared Services, your role will include the following responsibilities:
- Provide leadership to grow and build the operational capability of the Order to Cash team, whilst continuing to develop continuous improvement opportunities
- Be a subject matter expert on process improvement, shared services initiatives, learning and development matters as well as reporting
- Develop credit management strategies to optimise cash flow and improve the business customer performance that will assist in minimising risk
- Be a leader in operational excellence, delivering the standard and execution of Order to Cash processes
- Manage qualitative and quantitative service levels
- Play an active role in recruitment to develop an outstanding team
Candidate Profile
- You will be a a skilled candidate with an in depth knowledge of best practice in credit management / Order to Cash
- Strong accounting knowledge, with an ability to juggle a large number of diverse issues and projects
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop a team
- Ability to delegate coupled with excellent communication and influencing skills
- Ability to manage upwards and downwards with a diverse range of stakeholders
- A strong strategic partner to work within an environment that supports their employees
