Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a team of procurement professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and growth.
- Own the strategy and delivery of indirect categories.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to influence, challenge, and add value at every stage of the procurement lifecycle.
- Drive procurement transformation initiatives, embedding best practice, digital solutions, and innovative approaches.
- Deliver measurable value through supplier partnerships, cost optimisation, risk management, and sustainability initiatives.
- Be proactive in identifying new opportunities to add value and improve business processes and procedures.
- Work with C-suite to identify challenges, opportunities and area of improvement business wide.
- Proven track record in procurement leadership roles.
- Strong expertise in indirect categories
- Experienced in leading procurement transformation programs, with the ability to modernise and elevate the function.
- Exceptional people leader with the ability to engage, inspire, and develop teams.
- Commercially astute, influential, and confident working with executive stakeholders.
- Self sufficient and ability to work autonomously.
