Overview 

Newly created Logistics & Planning Coordinator position will be responsible for supporting the daily operations across company-owned and the manufacturing facilities.
This role contributes to the timely and accurate processing of purchase orders, sample coordination, and maintenance of procurement-related data.
Working under the guidance of the Operations and Procurement Team, the Logistics & Planning Coordinator collaborates with internal departments such as Sales, Logistics, Category Management, and Manufacturing to ensure alignment with production schedules and business requirements. The role requires a high level of attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced growing environment.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Planning and scheduling of Freight and Sales in a timely manner
  • Maintain and update existing data management systems
  • Liaise with freight companies and drivers regarding transport related matters
  • Manage all documents associated with freight movement
  • Ensure stock is compliant for customer requirements regarding labelling, pallet configuration, documentation and meeting service level agreements
  • Management of all Third-Party Logistic operations, working with freight companies and customer direct booking offices to organise deliveries and troubleshoot issues
  • Build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to improve supply chain efficiency
  • Reconcile and coordinate pallet processing
  • Achievement of quality administration practices
  • Manage and action all incoming emails and enquires.  
Your Skillset:
  • Can do attitude! - Use initiative and take ownership of this role. 
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with Planning & Scheduling in the logistics, FMCG or manufacturing sector.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP or procurement software systems.
  • Understanding of supply chain processes, vendor management, and order timelines.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills with attention to accuracy.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience working with international suppliers and coordinating cross-border logistics is desirable.
