The Role:
  
Newly created Head of Sales role reporting into the Director of APAC. You will oversee the AU business and have an initial focus on driving Distributors, Foodservice and QSR.
  
The right candidate:
  
You will be an energetic, passionate and experienced sales leader with a love for plant-based products, a strategic thinker and a default to developing solutions and fostering deep customer relationships.
  
Preferably you will have experience of managing small high performing teams, have prior exposure to overseeing foodservice distributors, QSR and retail. You will have a proven track record of delivering strong financial results against budget and be comfortable being chucked in the deep end, whilst welcoming the opportunity to take on the diverse challenges that come from a fast-growing multinational business.
  
Role responsibilities:
  • Manage network of distribution partners, ensuring that the brand is well represented with best-in-class route to market.
  • Lead strategic direction for the channel.
  • New business development across broader foodservice with a primary focus on QSR.
  • Accurately forecast and deliver the business plans to keep the business in strong growth and customers in supply at all times.
  • P&L management - including, sales forecasts, new launches, budgets and cost management
  • Be constantly aware of what is performing well in the channel / wider market and where the opportunities for growth lie.
  • Embody and positively promote the company mission, values and brand messages
