About the role:
Our client is seeking an experienced and strategic sales leader to take ownership of the commercial portfolio for a fast-growing renewable energy provider. As the Head of Sales, you’ll drive expansion in greenfield developments, secure brownfield conversions, and lead a high-performing sales team across the East Coast. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a national sales strategy for commercial products and services, with a strong focus on market share and revenue growth.
  • Identify and win new business opportunities in greenfield property developments while converting brownfield leads into long-term clients.
  • Build and manage robust relationships with developers, property managers, and key industry stakeholders.
  • Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, driving performance through clear goals and coaching.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to shape customer-centric, future-focused energy solutions.
Skills & Experience:
  • Proven success in senior sales roles within energy, utilities, or infrastructure sectors.
  • Deep understanding of embedded networks, renewable energy models, and the property development landscape.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and inspire sales teams.
  • Commercial acumen in contract negotiation, pricing, and long-term client engagement.
  • Effective networking, stakeholder management, and strategic partnership development skills.
