The Position

You will provide a high level of operational service, support, and advice internally. Your role focuses on fostering critical business partnerships to enhance leadership capability across various HR functions, including employee relations, injury management, talent acquisition, and learning and development.
  
Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead People Activities: Drive the delivery of allocated cyclical People activities.
  2. Leadership Support: Coach and support leaders in addressing performance and conduct issues, including applying investigation and disciplinary processes where necessary.
  3. Recruitment Management: Take ownership of end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles.
  4. Training Delivery: Deliver training sessions to employees and/or leaders as required.
  5. Training Plan Development: Collaborate with leaders to develop and implement individual and functional team training plans and initiatives.
  6. Project Management: Support and execute project work aligned with People Function strategic plans and deliverables.
  7. Administrative Support: Assist with ad hoc administrative duties as needed.
Skills and Experience
  • Customer Service Excellence: Demonstrated high level of customer service and responsiveness.
  • HR Expertise: Previous experience in HR with foundational knowledge across IR/ER.
  • Broad HR Knowledge: Possess broad knowledge across a range of HR functions and responsibilities.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in an evolving environment.
  • Curiosity and Empathy: Exhibit curiosity and empathy, with a focus on the bigger picture.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
