Our client is a professional services firm that boasts an exceptional culture and opportunities for development. Reporting directly into the HR Director they are looking for a Human Resources Advisor to join their CBD team.

This role will be supporting the Human Resources division, building relationships, and partnering with different leaders in the business to provide advice and support. As a trusted advisor you will play an integral role in the strategic development and delivery of key Learning & Development initiatives.

Key responsibilities
  • Advisory: Deliver high-quality advice and support to leaders in performance management, generalist HR, benefits, and industrial relations.
  • Strategy Development: Collaborate with the broader HR team to develop, implement, and influence strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing overall business performance.
  • Support Culture: Champion company culture by facilitating and supporting key projects that promote a positive and cohesive work environment.
  • Recruitment: support recruitment where required to attract and retain top-tier talent
  • Project and Operational Support: Partner directly with the Chief People Officer to implement initiatives that ensure best HR practices.
What you will bring to the role?

  • Communication: exceptional written and verbal communication skills  
  • Experience: 3 years minimum of HR coordinator or advisory experience
  • Adaptability: proven ability to deliver tailored advice and feedback to a variety of stakeholders, adapting communication approaches where appropriate
  • Organisation: working within a fast paced environment, the successful candidate will have strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
  • Professionalism: ability to manage sensitive information and maintain confidentiality professionally in accordance relevant regulations
