This role will be supporting the Human Resources division, building relationships, and partnering with different leaders in the business to provide advice and support. As a trusted advisor you will play an integral role in the strategic development and delivery of key Learning & Development initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Advisory: Deliver high-quality advice and support to leaders in performance management, generalist HR, benefits, and industrial relations.
- Strategy Development: Collaborate with the broader HR team to develop, implement, and influence strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing overall business performance.
- Support Culture: Champion company culture by facilitating and supporting key projects that promote a positive and cohesive work environment.
- Recruitment: support recruitment where required to attract and retain top-tier talent
- Project and Operational Support: Partner directly with the Chief People Officer to implement initiatives that ensure best HR practices.
- Communication: exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience: 3 years minimum of HR coordinator or advisory experience
- Adaptability: proven ability to deliver tailored advice and feedback to a variety of stakeholders, adapting communication approaches where appropriate
- Organisation: working within a fast paced environment, the successful candidate will have strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
- Professionalism: ability to manage sensitive information and maintain confidentiality professionally in accordance relevant regulations
