Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on various HR issues, including employee relations, performance management, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Assist with recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Conduct new employee onboarding and orientation sessions, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Manage employee relations matters, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring consistency and fairness across the organization.
- Support HR initiatives such as training and development programs, employee engagement initiatives, and performance appraisal processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation in compliance with legal requirements and internal policies.
- Stay informed about HR trends and best practices to recommend and implement improvements.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HR Advisor, HR Generalist, or similar role, with a solid understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
