Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, you will commence immediately in a two-month contract and work with the broader human resources team to lead and execute on this important HRIS systems implementation project. Your role will involve partnering with key stakeholders across HR, payroll and operations to ensure all business needs are incorporated across process and platform of the HRIS system and time and attendance system.
Skills and Experience
- Demonstrated systems experience with PageUp and Kronos and experience in systems projects with these systems (PageUp experience is essential for this contract role);
- Proven generalist human resources experience in a HRIS or HR Advisor role within a fast-paced, mutli-site business, with exposure to most facets of the employment life cycle;
- Experience demonstrating responsibility of systems, reporting, analytics or systems changes/roll-outs;
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the comfortability to work autonomously and with little supervision.
