The Opportunity
Reporting to the Head of HR, you will act as a trusted partner to leaders across the business, supporting a broad range of people initiatives. This is a true generalist role that blends hands-on operational support with the opportunity to influence systems and processes. You will be the first point of contact for managers, supporting performance, engagement, recruitment, and employee relations while helping roll out a new HRIS platform. Please note, this is a full-time onsite position across multiple south east locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance and conduct issues
  • Support investigations, grievances, and disciplinary processes
  • Assist with recruitment where required 
  • Develop training plans in partnership with leaders
  • Play a key role in the implementation of a new HRIS
  • Build and maintain Excel-based reports to support decision-making
  • Contribute to key HR projects aligned with strategic priorities
  • Assist with ad hoc administrative support as needed
What You’ll Bring
  • Solid HR generalist experience, ideally in manufacturing or a similar fast-paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of employee relations and the confidence to guide leaders
  • Excellent Excel skills and the ability to build reports and support system rollouts
  • A proactive, hands-on approach and a strong customer service mindset
  • Clear and confident communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
