Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leaders to develop and deliver people priorities aligned to business strategy
- Lead talent and succession planning processes to build future capability
- Coach leaders to strengthen engagement, leadership impact, and change readiness
- Support organisational design, workforce planning, and team effectiveness initiatives
- Drive cultural initiatives with a focus on sustainability, inclusion, and wellbeing
- Use a data-driven approach to identify and address high-impact people priorities
- Champion best-practice HR processes while supporting a consistent employee experience
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner within a complex environment
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and coach at all levels
- Demonstrated experience in organisational change and transformation projects
- Sound knowledge of Australian employment law and HR best practices
- Commercially minded with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Highly organised, proactive, and solutions-focused
- Degree qualified in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline
- 8-month fixed-term contract covering parental leave
- Hybrid working arrangement with time split between office and home
