Position Summary:
Our client is seeking a HR Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis. This is the perfect opportunity for a temp recruiter looking to step into the HR space. Reporting directly into the Head of Customer Success, the successful candidate will liaise with both internal and external stakeholders to deliver an exceptional standard of HR service. 

Key responsibilities:
  • Deliver stellar customer service: be the first point of contact for all HR-related inquiries
  • Process management: take ownership of HR processes that span all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
  • Employee support: provide guidance and support to employees at every stage of their career
  • Continuous improvement: actively seek feedback to improve HR processes
  • Project management: oversee various projects to align to strategic goals
Skills and experience:
  • Educational background: Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field
  • 2 + years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, administration, or related roles
  • Exceptional customer service abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage and prioritize tasks independently
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, practices and relevant regulations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
