Our client, a prominent leader in the legal sector based in Sydney CBD, is offering a fantastic permanent, full-time opportunity for an HR professional to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will report directly to the HR Manager and take charge of the Early Careers Program and support with generalist HR activity. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is adept at taking initiative. Agility and flexibility are key, as you will work across the business to drive and coordinate the graduate recruitment strategy and provide HR operational support.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Early Careers strategy, initiatives, and programs across the business's operations with the Talent team.
- Assist in coordinating the learning and development program, including check-ins and graduate rotations.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team on strategies and campaigns, and lead events such as university days, panel sessions, and networking events.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for graduate and clerk inquiries.
- Work with the HR Manager and HR team based in Brisbane on various HR Projects
- Tertiary qualifications in HR, management, or a business-related field
- Experience in the legal or professional services sectors is advantageous.
- Proven ability to work and communicate effectively in a complex and evolving environment.
- Confidence in HR best practices and providing sound advice.
- Early Careers management experience would be highly considered
