Job Description 
Become a part of this global retail company that focuses a customer-centric approach in delivering a high volume of consumer goods to its clients. Working within the dynamic and fast paced HR Team, you will be responsible for the entire employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  1. High volume recruitment: this role will be responsible for running high volume recruitment for the retail arm of the business
  2. HR Administration Support: complete administrative duties including the maintenance employee files, onboarding and offboarding, contract generation, leave requests and internal move changes.
  3. Support management: work with management to ensure the consistency of the onboarding & induction processes. Ensuring recruitment aligns with broader organisational values.
  4. Manage employee lifecycle changes: Communicate with a variety of stakeholders to oversee changes as they occur
  5. Coaching and mentoring: provide advice to senior stakeholders on employee related matters
Skills and experience
  • 3-5 years HR experience
  • A degree in or related to Human Resources
  • Experience with high volume recruitment
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Proficient communication skills
