Position Description
The HRIS Specialist is responsible for the functional administration, maintenance and support of systems within People and Culture and plays a key role in enhancing the employee experience through system solutions. Including but not limited to:
- SuccessFactors suite (Employee Central Core and Payroll)
- Kronos
- LEX (Learning & Development)
- Solv Safety (Health, Safety & Wellbeing)
Candidate Profile
- P&C and ECP configuration experience
- P&C / Payroll system implementation knowledge
- Extensive experience in a similar professional role/environment
- Data driven with the ability to work with customers to understand their needs
- Experience operating in a compliance driven environment, ideally where employees have been covered by Agreements or Awards
- Demonstrated experience in working on strategic initiatives and change management in the systems environment, including contributing to significant system implementations in a complex business
