- Lead and enhance the National Early Careers Program in collaboration with HR teams in Brisbane and Sydney
- Manage the Early Careers learning framework in line with the College of Law PLT schedule
- Coordinate graduate rotations, check-ins, and performance feedback.
- Oversee annual clerkship and graduate recruitment campaigns
- Provide HR guidance to the Legal Assistant cohort and legal teams in the Brisbane office
- Act as a key contact for Brisbane graduates and clerks, mentoring and supporting the HR Coordinator
- Partner with Business Development and Marketing to deliver branding and social-media campaigns for early career attraction
- Support the Chief People Officer and Head of HR, Brisbane, on strategic and project-based initiatives
- 5 years’ HR experience within a legal or professional services environment
- Proven ability to partner with Partners and senior leaders on performance, engagement, and workforce planning
- Strong communication and judgment, balancing commercial insight with empathy
- Practical, solutions-focused approach and confidence managing confidential matters
- Flexibility to attend graduate or firm events outside standard hours when required
