Our client is a well known and reputable ASX listed business. They are currently looking for an ichris System Specialist to assist with a system implementation and training. This is a temporary assignment until December 2021 (with a potential view to extension).
Position description
Reporting directly to the Payroll Project Manager, you will be responsible for
- Training the team on ichris and best practice
- Assist with payroll UAT and conducting parallel test runs
- Uploading data from legacy system to ichris
- Identifying issues and fixing defects in the system
- Business partner with Payroll & Finance teams on Payroll best practices
- Data cleansing & maintenance
- As well as any adhoc duties such as creating reports in report designer (ichris)
The successful applicant will have
- Prior experience in a Payroll System Specialist role
- Previous experience with ichris or Chris21 is essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong numeracy skills and intermediate Excel skills
