The Role
Reporting directly into the Payroll Manager as well as day to day leadership by the Project Manager, your duties will include the following:
- Supporting a payroll remediation project through extensive data capture, analysis and interpretation
- Maintain integrity of payroll data and conduct robust audit processes
- Interpret complex awards and enterprise agreement provisions
- Managing payroll records and assisting during internal and external audit processes
- Developing and distributing payroll reports to support the project. Intermediate to advanced excel / report writing required
The successful applicant will have proven experience in a similar senior payroll position that includes the following:
- Extensive end-to-end payroll and compliance experience
- Ideally exposure to iChris or a similar large system executing payroll
- Prior experience in interpreting EBAs and awards
- Strong attention to detail
- Intermediate to advanced excel skills
