Across this practice group you will advise across:
- IP portfolio management (including domestic and international trade mark searches and applications)
- Creation, exploitation and protection of all types of IP eg trade marks, copyright, domain names, trade secrets and know-how
- Commercialisation and licensing of IP and related commercial arrangements
- IP audits and due diligence
- IP exploitation advice, licensing and deal support on intellectual property aspects of corporate and transactions
- Assignments of IP as part of acquisition or disposal transactions or individual engagements
You will have at least 3 years of IP/Commercial experience. You will also have excellent drafting, negotiation and analytical skills and you will have strong attention to detail and a "can do attitude"
