Duties
- Manage inbound enquiries via phone and email from trade, commercial, and retail customers
- Support Sales Representatives with quoting, stock checks, and order processing
- Provide tailored product advice by staying across new releases and technical training
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through service excellence
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximise customer value
- Contribute to a team culture where collaboration, shared success, and open communication are key
- Prior experience in an internal sales, customer service, or trade sales environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset
- A commercially savvy approach to identifying and acting on sales opportunities
- Confidence working with technical products or in a distribution setting
- Highly organised with a team-oriented, proactive attitude and a willingness to pitch in wherever needed
