Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end management of a sales division and oversee all equipment purchasing functions.
- Design and execute commercial strategies to achieve revenue, profit, and stock performance targets.
- Oversee forecasting, pricing, and inventory management of capital equipment assets across multiple sites.
- Maintain strong market intelligence to inform sales strategy, acquisition decisions, and competitive positioning.
- Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement across sales and operational teams.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role; industry experience within capital equipment, automotive, or industrial sectors advantageous but not essential.
- Commercial acumen in managing large-scale inventory, pricing models, and margin optimisation.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of developing high-performing, cross-functional teams.
