We're seeking an experienced IT Manager to take ownership of the company's technology operations and help shape the future of its digital strategy.
About the Role
As the IT Manager, you will oversee the company's technology infrastructure, systems, and applications nationwide. You'll play a key role in developing and implementing IT strategies that align with business goals while ensuring the reliability, security, and scalability of systems that support day-to-day operations.
You'll be hands-on when needed, supporting users, managing vendors, and leading small IT projects — while also acting as a strategic partner to the leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the company's IT operations across all sites nationally.
- Develop and execute an IT roadmap aligned with the organisation's business strategy.
- Oversee the support, maintenance, and enhancement of hardware, networks, and systems.
- Manage IT vendors, contracts, and service providers.
- Drive initiatives around cybersecurity, data protection, and business continuity.
- Provide technical support and guidance to internal users (Windows, iOS, and macOS environments).
- Implement and support device management solutions (e.g., MDM for Apple devices).
- Evaluate and deploy new technologies that improve efficiency and collaboration.
- Support the leadership team with technology insights and innovation recommendations.
You're an experienced and versatile IT professional who enjoys both the strategic and hands-on aspects of managing technology. You have a strong technical foundation and excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate tech concepts into business value.
You'll bring:
- Proven experience in IT management or senior IT leadership within a national or multi-site business.
- Strong technical knowledge across network infrastructure, cloud services, and systems administration.
- Experience supporting Apple ecosystems (macOS and iOS) - knowledge of MDM tools highly regarded.
- A collaborative approach, with the ability to work effectively across departments and levels.
- Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
