Sharp & Carter are partnering with a leading mining services organisation seeking a Business Consolidation Project Manager to deliver a short-term project focused on integrating three Australian business entities into one.
About the role
This role will lead the planning and coordination of a national consolidation project — developing clear milestones, identifying roadblocks, and aligning activity across multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the overall business consolidation plan and deployment roadmap.
- Coordinate input from different departments to ensure alignment and minimal disruption.
- Support customer transition activities, working closely with the management team.
- Liaise across operations, finance, systems, and commercial teams to support a smooth consolidation.
- Strong project management background with experience in business or systems integration.
- IT or systems background advantageous but not essential.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and deliver outcomes in a dynamic environment.
