Provide advanced technical support and leadership in managing the network infrastructure and system administration. Ensure stability, security, and performance of IT systems, troubleshoot issues, optimize systems, and implement new technologies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
- Network Management: Design, implement, and manage network infrastructures.
- System Administration: Manage user accounts, permissions, and server configurations.
- Security: Develop and enforce security policies, conduct audits, and manage data protection measures.
- Backup & Disaster Recovery: Ensure data integrity and availability.
- Documentation & Training: Maintain technical documentation and train users.
- Tertiary qualification in computer science or related field.
- Extensive experience with network technologies and system administration.
- Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools.
- Proficiency in Active Directory, Group Policy, and Backup & Disaster Recovery strategies.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
- Level 2 IT support experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to present technical information clearly.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and in a team.
