As an IT Support Analyst, you will provide essential technical support to internal users, ensuring smooth operation of IT systems, hardware, and software. You will essential to the success of internal audiovisual function. 

This is a 3 month day rate contract role with the opportunity for an extension.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting VC and AV (audio visual) equipment and systems to ensure smooth business functioning
• Providing L1/L2 support for desktops, laptops, peripherals, and mobile devices
• Installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware/software systems
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues and managing IT asset inventory
• Assisting with IT projects and maintaining documentation for IT processes

Skills and Experience

• Experience in L1 and L2 desktop support 
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills, including hardware and software
• Technical experience with Microsoft Teams, and Audiovisual (AV) equipment
