About the role
Sitting within the accounts and finance team and reporting directly to the accounts Team Leader you will be tasked with the responsibility to actively manage and drive your portfolio of accounts and promote continuous improvement to the role. Your responsibilities will include, though not limited to:
- Assessing and handling customer queries
- Processing a high volume of invoices
- Allocating & receipting
- Ad hoc administrative duties
- Allocating & receipting
- EOM reporting and analysis
- Manage your own ledger of accounts and being the main point of contact for customers based in Victoria
Our client is ideally looking for someone with at least 1-3 years' accounts or administration experience - alternatively you may be an accounting/finance graduate. To be successful you will need to display and possess the following skillset and personal attributes:

- Ability to manage and build strong working relationships
- Working experience and a sound understanding of multiple accounting functions
- Experience and understanding of how to read financial reports, put financial reports together and present reports
