If you are at the start of your Banking & Finance legal career and are ambitious about working within a Tier 1 Banking practice with a Project Finance focus then this is a role you will need to consider.

Reporting directly to 2 leading partners you will be involved in:

• Advising on debt and equity financing arrangements
• Project formation
• Structure and implementation of a range of projects including PPPs, special infrastructure, property development, transport, power and energy, mining and resources, and oil and gas.

To be considered for this role you will have at least 1 year of PQE from a reputable Banking practice, strong academics, good drafting skills and excellent communication skills.
