Our client is looking for corporate and commercial practitioners at lawyer level (1-3 years PQE) who are interested in elevating their careers by joining an award-winning and rapidly expanding Corporate & Commercial team within a top-tier boutique firm.

- mergers and acquisitions;
- capital raisings;
- complex contracting arrangements; and
- general commercial work.

- Have demonstrated experience in managing client matters, taking instructions from clients and engaging with clients and other advisors.
Key responsibilities in this role:
- Assisting on mid market M&A transactions on both the buy and sell side including undertaking due diligences, drafting and/or reviewing sale agreements and assisting with completion including coordinating and conducting virtual and/or in-person completion;
- Assisting with capital raising from start up, through series A/B and/or C to exit;
- Reviewing, drafting, negotiating and advising on a range of commercial contracts directly with clients and other parties; and
- Supporting and working collegiately with senior lawyers in the team to deliver outcomes.
