The role:
They are seeking a motivated and experienced Learning and Development Sales Coach. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive training, coaching, and support to our comparison experts working in a contact centre environment. Your primary focus will be on enhancing system knowledge, compliance results, customer experience, and achieving targets. Their divisions are health insurance, general insurance and utilities.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Provide expertise and support to the training facilitator during the onboarding process for new comparison experts.
  • Identify knowledge gaps, develop solutions, and collaborate with team leaders to align training needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of coaching sessions, training materials, and generate reports to track progress.
  • Monitor and evaluate calls and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and provide 121coaching support.
  • Design, develop, and implement training programs covering various aspects of the sales process.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Proven experience in sales training, coaching, and performance management.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and performance metrics.
  • Background and experience in a Contact Centre environment.
  • Work experience within health insurance, general insurance, or utilities.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and partner with stakeholders.
  • Certification in coaching, training, or sales (highly desirable).
  • End-to-end training needs analysis experience (highly desirable).
