The role:
In this role as a Training Facilitator, you can expect to take charge of the comprehensive onboarding and training process for their new phone based comparison experts. Guiding brand new hires through orientation, product training, sales techniques, systems training, and role-specific sessions tailored to contact centres to fast-track their journey to productivity. Equipping their teams with the necessary knowledge, tools, and techniques to drive frontline sales growth.Their divisions are health insurance, general insurance and utilities.
Key Accountabilities
- Onboarding and training facilitation for new comparison experts.
- Ensuring effective guidance and people leadership support for new hires during their crucial initial three months of employment to foster successful integration within the business
- Complete comprehensive learning needs analysis and identify gaps in learning pathways, provide recommendations, update, design, and develop solutions, in partnership with subject matter experts to align with the learning needs.
- Ensure comparison experts have a great learning experiences through engaging training sessions, personalized assistance if required, and appealing content to help them excel in frontline sales.
- Constantly scan the market for best practice training techniques and systems for lifting Sales and Customer experience capability
- Assist the Learning and Development Lead in identifying training interventions for top talent retention plans across the organisation.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience facilitating sales and/or soft skill training programs
- Proven ability to build strong relationships and partner with stakeholders
- Proven experience and background from a Sales Contact Centre environment
- Certificate IV in Learning Design and Facilitation (highly desirable)
- Strong end-to-end training needs analysis experience (highly desirable)
- Proven instructional design experience (highly desirable), particularly in the area of Sales
- Experience in eLearning development. Ideally using Articulate 360
